How long before we see results?
Every practice starts from a different place. Many practices begin to see meaningful movement within the first 12 weeks. The first major checkpoint is six months — visible traction, measurable movement, clearer performance data. The 12-month partnership exists because the goal is not a short-term campaign spike. It is to build, optimise and compound a patient demand ecosystem properly.
Is predictable patient demand guaranteed?
No marketing partner can guarantee individual results. Results depend on your market, budget, capacity, offer strength, patient journey, implementation, access to data, response speed and willingness to act on recommendations. What we can say is this — we do not take on practices we do not believe we can genuinely help. If we accept your application, it is because we see a real opportunity.
What ad spend is required?
Ad spend depends on your market, treatment priorities, competition, visibility, growth goals and partnership level. Recommended ad spend is discussed during the application review process. Ad spend is paid separately.
What if we already have an agency?
