1. Access to Client Systems and Credentials

In order to provide marketing, advertising, analytics or technical services, the Client may grant Aesthetix Digital Agency access to various digital systems, platforms or online accounts.

These may include, but are not limited to:

  • advertising platforms
  • analytics platforms
  • website content management systems
  • booking or practice management software
  • CRM systems
  • email accounts or email marketing platforms
  • social media accounts
  • hosting environments
  • domain management systems
  • reputation management platforms
  • business directory listings or local search profiles.

Access may be provided through:

  • delegated or user access permissions
  • administrative roles
  • shared login credentials
  • system invitations or role assignments.

Where possible, Aesthetix Digital Agency recommends that clients provide user or delegated access rather than sharing primary login credentials.

Aesthetix Digital Agency will use reasonable care when accessing such systems and will only use access for the purpose of performing agreed services.

The Client remains responsible for:

  • maintaining the security of their systems
  • managing login credentials
  • controlling access permissions

Aesthetix Digital Agency is not responsible for security breaches, data loss, unauthorised access or vulnerabilities arising from third-party systems or client-controlled platforms.

2. Creation and Management of Client Platforms

In some circumstances Aesthetix Digital Agency may create, configure or manage digital platforms on behalf of a Client.

  • analytics platforms (including Google Analytics)
  • tag management systems
  • social media advertising accounts
  • marketing automation systems
  • tracking and conversion infrastructure

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, such accounts are created for the benefit of the Client and remain the property of the Client.

Ownership or administrative access may be transferred to the Client upon request or upon termination of services, subject to payment of any outstanding fees.

3. Access to Payment and Billing Information

In the course of providing services, Aesthetix Digital Agency may have administrative visibility of billing settings within third-party platforms used by the Client.

These platforms may store payment details such as credit card information for advertising spend, software subscriptions or service payments.

Payment information is stored and processed by the relevant third-party platform provider and not by Aesthetix Digital Agency.

Aesthetix Digital Agency does not collect, store or process client credit card information except where payment is made directly to the agency through an authorised payment processor.

The Client remains responsible for managing and securing payment methods associated with their platforms.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from:

  • unauthorised access

  • misuse
  • loss or alteration.

However, no method of transmitting information over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
